Privacy policy
This privacy policy sets out how Webstablish uses any information that you give us when you use the Contacts Sync application.
We collect the following information (only applicable to monday.com boards that use the application):
Account ID, board IDs, item IDs of synced contacts, user IDs, access tokens (encrypted), webhook IDs (only those created by the application) and application life cycle events (e.g. install date).
Account ID, resource names of synced contacts, ETags of synced contacts, access tokens (encrypted), refresh tokens (encrypted), page tokens and sync tokens.
We require this information to deliver the following services:
The application was designed to store as little sensitive information as possible. Therefore, we do not store any of your Google contacts data. We only store the information necessary to provide our services, for example the item IDs and resource names to create a mapping between monday.com and Google Contacts.
All tokens the application uses to access your monday.com and Google accounts respectively are stored fully encrypted and can only be used by the application.
We store this information for as long as you use the application. Should you uninstall the application, we will keep the information for 10 days. After that, we remove all your information.
We are based in the Netherlands. The information is stored in Germany (Frankfurt).
We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties and we adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Our database solution is provided by Neon.
We reserve the right to modify or replace our privacy policy at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting our new privacy policy on this page.
