Description of service

Contacy Sync is an application that integrates Google Contacts with monday.com, allowing users to sync their Google contacts to monday.com boards and vice versa.

The application is designed to work exclusively within the monday.com platform. Your use of the application is subject to both our terms as well as those of monday.com.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your monday.com account
• Ensuring that your use of the application complies with applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the application to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Store or transmit harmful or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the application or its supporting infrastructure
• Consume more resources than your subscription entitles you to

Intellectual property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Webstablish and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User data

By using the application, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. The application was designed to store as little sensitive information as possible. Therefore, we do not store any of your Google contacts data. We only store the information necessary to provide our services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and defects, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Webstablish be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the application.

The maximum liability of Webstablish shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through using the application.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach our terms.

Changes to our terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace our terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting our new terms on this page.
